The SEL strike on 23–28 March 2025 will include three breweries and nearly 1,000 employees of Hartwall, Olvi and Sinebrychoff.

These workplaces are in the SEL strike on 23–28 March 2025:

Hartwall, Lahti
Hartwall, Helsinki, Tattariharju
Olvi, Iisalmi
Sinebrychoff Supply Company, Kerava
Sinebrychoff, Kerava

The SEL strike applies to all work shifts at these workplaces starting between Sunday 23 March 2025 at 9.00 p.m. and Friday 28 March 2025 9.00 p.m.

The strike concerns all employees and work covered by the collective agreement between SEL and ETL.

SEL and ETL have not reached agreement in the negotiations concerning new collective agreements for food industry employees. Our aim with the strike is to accelerate the establishment of collective agreements.

A strike is a legal industrial action that cannot result in sanctions for the employee.

The strike concerns all employees. If you do not participate, you are giving your support to the cuts and weakening proposed by employers.
