Kollektivavtalen f\u00f6r arbetstagarna i livsmedelsbranschen \u00e4r i kraft till 31.1.2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ditt kollektivavtal<\/a> f\u00f6rhandlas fram av SEL som representerar arbetstagarna i livsmedelsbranschen och ETL som representerar arbetsgivarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I avtalet \u00f6verenskommer man om l\u00f6nernas och andra arbetsvillkors miniminiv\u00e5er. I avtalet ing\u00e5r exempelvis \u00f6verenskommelser om arbetstider, betalda \u00e5rsledigheter och sjukledigheter, ledigheter vid arbetstidsf\u00f6rkortning och semesterers\u00e4ttning. P\u00e5 arbetsplatsen kan man lokalt avtala om l\u00f6ner och andra arbetsvillkor som \u00f6verstiger avtalets niv\u00e5, men inte om en l\u00e4gre niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avtalsf\u00f6rhandlingarna kommer! \u00c4r du redo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Anslut dig till fackf\u00f6rbundet<\/a> i din bransch, om du inte redan \u00e4r medlem. Du ser v\u00e4l till att alla dina arbetskamrater ocks\u00e5 tillh\u00f6r facket.<\/li>
  2. Kontrollera att dina kontaktuppgifter och uppgifterna om din arbetsplats \u00e4r korrekta i SEL:s medlemsregister och bifoga dina kontouppgifter till dina medlemsavgifter f\u00f6r utbetalande av strejkst\u00f6d p\u00e5 adress www.selry.fi\/easiointi<\/a>.<\/li>
  3. Tala med dina arbetskamrater om vad som \u00e4r viktigt i kollektivavtalet.<\/li>
  4. F\u00f6lj med informationen fr\u00e5n din f\u00f6rtroendeman och SEL.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
