D\u00e4remot \u00e4r han missn\u00f6jd \u00f6ver hur arbetsgivaren sk\u00f6tte processen kring samarbetsf\u00f6rhandlingarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I februari meddelade de \u00e5l\u00e4ndska medierna att \u00e4garna till Chipsters nu siktar p\u00e5 investeringar f\u00f6r att h\u00f6ja fabrikens certifieringsklassificering och som man hoppas ska f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra Chipsters st\u00e4llning p\u00e5 exportmarknaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PNM Holding verkst\u00e4llande direkt\u00f6r Gustaf Salmelin s\u00e4ger till&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyan.ax\/nyheter\/agare-vill-storsatsa-pa-chipsters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nya \u00c5land<\/a>&nbsp;att fabriken med de nya investeringarna f\u00e5r en sista m\u00f6jlighet att forts\u00e4tta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Om planerna p\u00e5 att uppdatera hygiencertifikatet lyckas blir det h\u00e4r en toppenfabrik, s\u00e4ger Salmelin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chipsters Food har vid sidan om huvudkontoret och produktionsanl\u00e4ggningen i Mariehamn produktion i Borg\u00e5 och Kervo, d\u00e4r ocks\u00e5 bolagets lager och logistikcentral finns. Chipsters HoReCa-aff\u00e4rsverksamhet \u00f6verf\u00f6rdes i b\u00f6rjan av februari till Barons Food som samtidigt bytte namn till Chipsters-Barons Food
