F\u00f6r arbetstagaren betyder det h\u00e4r exempelvis l\u00e4ngre arbetsdagar eller sex dagars arbetsveckor.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arbetsgivaren kan betala ut arbetsf\u00f6rkortningsledigheter i pengar.<\/strong><br>Arbetstagaren skulle, i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r betalda lediga dagar f\u00e5 ta ut pekkasdagarna i pengar.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arbetsgivaren f\u00e5r helt fritt anv\u00e4nda sig av inhyrd arbetskraft.<\/strong><br>F\u00f6r tillf\u00e4llet \u00e4r utnyttjandet av inhyrd arbetskraft begr\u00e4nsat, exempelvis g\u00e5r det f\u00f6r sig d\u00e5 man vill j\u00e4mna ut perioder av h\u00f6g belastning och den inhyrda arbetskraften inte kan ers\u00e4ttas av ordinarie arbetstagare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Dessutom vill arbetsgivarna inf\u00f6ra f\u00f6ljande f\u00f6rsvagningar av kollektivavtalet f\u00f6r bageribranschen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ett arbetspass skulle kunna vara mellan 4\u201312 timmar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00f6gsta antal veckoarbetstimmar skulle kunna uppg\u00e5 till 72 timmar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetsveckan skulle kunna best\u00e5 av sex dagar och vilken som helst av dagarna vara den lediga dagen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00f6rdagsarbetes gottg\u00f6relsen i form av fritid slopas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetsveckan skulle kunna inledas tidigare s\u00e5 att arbetsgivaren inte skulle bli tvungen att betala ut s\u00f6ndagsers\u00e4ttning.<br><br>Dessutom hotar den 100-procentiga nattarbetsers\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r arbetstagare i bageribranschen som g\u00f6r skiftarbete att slopas, eftersom regeringen Orpo drar tillbaka bageriarbetslagen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Dessutom vill arbetsgivarna inf\u00f6ra f\u00f6ljande f\u00f6rsvagningar i k\u00f6ttbranschens kollektivavtal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00f6ckenhelgsers\u00e4ttning beh\u00f6ver inte utbetalas om s\u00f6ckenhelgen inte skulle ha varit en arbetsdag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Dessutom vill arbetsgivarna inf\u00f6ra f\u00f6ljande f\u00f6rsvagningar i kollektivavtalet f\u00f6r mejeribranschen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arbetsgivaren skulle kunna besluta om 120 timmars periodarbete under tre veckors tid, medan arbetsgivaren f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande kan besluta om 80 timmars periodarbete under tv\u00e5 veckors tid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetsgivaren skulle fritt kunna placera lediga dagar mellan arbetsskiften \u00e4ven f\u00f6r dem som g\u00f6r 1- och 2-skiftsarbete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetsgivaren skulle kunna ge ut till\u00e4gg och ers\u00e4ttningar i ledig tid i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r i pengar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Dessutom vill arbetsgivarna inf\u00f6ra f\u00f6ljande f\u00f6rsvagningar i kollektivavtalen f\u00f6r industrin och bryggeribranschen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arbetsgivaren skulle kunna kr\u00e4va 10 timmars arbetsskift.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f6ckeners\u00e4ttningar beh\u00f6ver inte utbetalas om s\u00f6ckenhelgen inte skulle ha varit en arbetsdag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arbetsgivaren skulle till\u00e5tas kr\u00e4va arbete under s\u00f6ckenhelger utan s\u00f6ckenhelgers\u00e4ttning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delta i SEL:s kampverksamhet!
