Vecko\u00f6vertidsarbetet i treskiftsarbete utg\u00f6rs av det arbete som utf\u00f6rs ut\u00f6ver de arbetstimmar som antecknas i arbetsschemat. Extra arbete \u00e4r i sin tur s\u00e5dant arbete som utf\u00f6rs mellan den deltidsarbetandes \u00f6verenskomna arbete och den maximala regelbundna arbetstiden enligt arbetstidslagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beslut om \u00f6vertidsarbete f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter alltid arbetsgivarens initiativ och arbetstagarens samtycke. Arbetstagaren ska ge sitt s\u00e4rskilda samtycke varje g\u00e5ng \u00f6vertidsarbete ska utf\u00f6ras. Du \u00e4r allts\u00e5 inte tvingad att utf\u00f6ra \u00f6vertidsarbete om du inte vill det. P\u00e5 motsvarande s\u00e4tt har du r\u00e4tt att g\u00e5 med p\u00e5 \u00f6vertidsarbete alltid d\u00e5 du sj\u00e4lv vill det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom \u00f6vertidsarbete alltid grundar sig p\u00e5 frivillighet fr\u00e5n arbetstagarens sida kan arbetsgivaren inte f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tta att arbetstagaren g\u00e5r p\u00e5 \u00f6vertid. Arbetstagaren kan inte heller sj\u00e4lv i sitt arbetsavtal f\u00f6rbinda sig att utf\u00f6ra \u00f6vertidsarbete vid behov, utan man m\u00e5ste komma \u00f6verens om saken s\u00e4rskilt varje g\u00e5ng. Samtycke till \u00f6vertid kan emellertid ges f\u00f6r en tidsbest\u00e4md, kortare tidsperiod i g\u00e5ngen, om detta \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt med tanke p\u00e5 arbetets organisering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den 1.1.2020 slopades de gamla maximigr\u00e4nserna f\u00f6r \u00f6vertid i arbetstidslagen, som var 138 timmar p\u00e5 fyra m\u00e5nader och 250 timmar per \u00e5r, d\u00e4r det dessutom var m\u00f6jligt att \u00f6verenskomma om 80 timmars extra \u00f6vertidsarbete i \u00e5ret. Enligt nu g\u00e4llande arbetstidslag f\u00e5r inte arbetstagarens arbetstid \u00f6verstiga i medeltal 48 timmar i veckan under en granskningsperiod p\u00e5 fyra m\u00e5nader. Till den arbetstiden r\u00e4knas, vid sidan om den regelbundna arbetstiden allt \u00f6vertidsarbete, inlednings- och avslutningsarbeten samt n\u00f6darbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetstagaren f\u00e5r alltid \u00f6vertidsers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r \u00f6vertidsarbete, vars storlek beror p\u00e5 om det \u00e4r fr\u00e5ga om \u00f6vertid per dygn, vecka eller period, samt p\u00e5 antalet \u00f6vertidstimmar. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.selry.fi\/sv\/kollektivavtalen\/\">I kollektivavtalet<\/a> f\u00f6r livsmedelsbranschens arbetstagare finns \u00f6verenskommelser om miniminiv\u00e5n p\u00e5 \u00f6vertidsers\u00e4ttningen.
