The SEL strike on 11\u201316 March 2025 will include 150 bakeries and nearly 2,000 employees of the Fazer and Lantm\u00e4nnen Groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SEL strike applies to all work shifts at these workplaces starting between Tuesday 11 March 2025 at midnight and Sunday 16 March 2025 11.59 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strike concerns all employees and work covered by the collective agreement between SEL and ETL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEL and ETL have not reached agreement in the negotiations concerning new collective agreements for food industry employees. Our aim with the strike is to accelerate the establishment of collective agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A strike is a legal industrial action that cannot result in sanctions for the employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strike concerns all employees. If you do not participate, you are giving your support to the cuts and weakening proposed by employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need every worker to join! This is about your salary and other terms of employment!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will pay a strike pay of 100 \u20ac\/day to all SEL members. If you are not yet a SEL member, join now<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
