With the ban on overtime and shift changes, we are accelerating negotiations to create new collective agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEL has declared for an overtime and shift changes ban. The overtime and shift changes ban begins on Friday February 7 2025 at 00:00 and ends on Sunday March 9 2025 at 23:59.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The overtime and shift changes ban applies to all employees in all workplaces that comply with the collective agreement between SEL and ETL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the overtime ban, employees only work regular working hours. Employees do not work overtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the shift changes ban, employees follow the confirmed shift list. Employees do not change shifts at the employer’s initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The overtime and shift changes ban is a legal industrial action that cannot result in sanctions for the employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need every employee to participate! With the ban on overtime and shift changes, we are accelerating negotiations to create new collective agreements. It’s about your salary and other working conditions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
